This tournament is to honor two men who worked to develop Pal-Mac Youth Lacrosse and keep their legacies alive.

Paul Dlugosh was the founder of youth lacrosse at Pal-Mac and a guiding force in the Finger Lakes youth lacrosse league who passed away suddenly in May 2022.  Derrick Lich worked side by side with Paul as a coach for many years.  Upon Paul’s passing he stepped into the role of youth director for Pal-Mac, however Derrick passed from a hard fought battle with cancer in December of 2024.
