HEADstrong Sports Donates 100 Lacrosse Sticks to Local Youth Programs

HEADstrong Foundation HEADstrong Lacrosse founder, Nick Colleluori laid the groundwork for service and giving back. It was one of Nick Colleluori’s greatest passions and a driving force behind creating HEADstrong.

During the 1st annual alumni rivalry game on Black Friday, HEADstrong Sports donated 100 sticks, 50 boys and 50 girls sticks to Ridley and Springfield youth programs.

It was a small way to give back to those who have been influential in the growth of HEADstrong and showed their support since the start.

“The local lacrosse community has given us so much support over the past 13 years and as a way to say thank you and give back HEADstrong proudly donated these sticks to grow the game and give kids access to the sport,” said Michael Colleluori.

Matt Flynn accepted the donation for Ridley and Bryan Delaney accepted for Springfield.

True Lacrosse donated the sticks as a way to partner up with HEADstrong to grow the sport throughout the state.

“TRUE Sports is proud to partner with the HEADstrong Foundation to help grow the game through our stick donation. The HEADstrong Foundation is one of the most unifying organizations in our sport. Their mission is to put people first and they will always have our support” remarked Tom Burns, GM of TRUE Sports – Lacrosse.
