HEADstrong Seeking Administrative Professional

HEADstrong Foundation seeks an administrative professional to advance the mission of improving lives affected by cancer. This individual will provide support to management and keep the office organized and running efficiently. This position, based in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, has an immediate start date and requires a commitment of 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Keeping the office organized and running efficiently providing administrative support
  • Answering phones, greeting visitors
  • Managing information email box
  • Open and sort the mail, ordering office and printer supplies
  • Preparation of donor acknowledgements including entry into CRM system
  • Event prep, volunteer coordinator and assisting at HEADstrong events when necessary
  • Matching gift program

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Business, Quickbooks and other computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and judgment
  • Good organizational skills, self-motivated, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Professional demeanor
