Gobbler Open Golf Outing 2023

Kendra was diagnosed with metastatic colon cancer on March 20, 2019 following a colonoscopy. She underwent radiation until the end of April and received multiple rounds of chemotherapy through October 2019. Kendra was scheduled for a colon resection and lymph node dissection at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania on November 7th.

Unfortunately, the surgery did not occur due to newly diagnosed adenocarcinoma of the peritoneum, which required more treatments. After 14 months of treatments Kendra entered hospice. She died on May 10, 2020, Mother’s Day in her home surrounded by her loving family – just as she wanted.

Kendra Muscella was and still is a one of a kind human. Her genuine, kind, and thoughtful spirit lives on through her family, friends, and the village that she created. There are not many people in the world like Kendra. She made everyone feel special and loved through her kindness which took many forms.

Kendra’s Kindness was created by Olivia, Graham, and Michael Muscella to continue her legacy. They had so many people help their family and wanted to be able to do the same for others.

Breakfast will be provided at 8 a.m. with a 9 a.m. shotgun start
The tournament is a scramble format with longest drive and closest to the pin contests
Each participant will receive a Gobbler Gift and there will be a silent auction
Tournament winners will receive a Gobbler trophy
