(MEDIA, PA)Giving Tuesday takes place each year following Cyber Monday, highlighting non-profits of all shapes and sizes while encouraging individuals to make a special donation. As many businesses close their doors due to the chaos surrounding the current pandemic, Chaps Pit Beef is stepping up once again. Renewing their commitment to the HEADstrong Foundation community, Chaps Pit Beef in Media will donate 10% of all in-store purchases on Giving Tuesday, December 1st. Chaps Pit Beef has been a crucial partner to the foundation this year. One example is their support for the annual Teeing Off Against Cancer golf outing that took place in October, where Chaps served as an event sponsor, donating $2,500 to support the mission of improving lives affected by cancer.

“Chaps Pit Beef in The Promenade at Granite Run is proud and excited to partner with Headstrong, a charity that does amazing work in Delaware County, on Giving Tuesday. And we look forward to working with them well beyond that to improve our community,” said Paul Hagen, Owner at Chaps Pit Beef.

“On behalf of those we proudly serve, we cannot thank Chaps Pit Beef enough! The hospitality industry has suffered greatly during the current pandemic and we are indebted to them for their selflessness in continuing to support our mission. If you’re from DELCO, we ask that you please patronize Chaps Pit Beef on Giving Tuesday or in the near future,” said Michael Colleluori, HEADstrong Vice-President.
