The HEADstrong Foundation would like to thank Walt Whitman High School and Boy’s Varsity Lacrosse Coach, Bob Howell, and Girl’s Varstiy Lacrosse Coach Barbarajean Douglas for their efforts in hosting a HEADstrong event on Saturday, April 17th. The teams partipated in a day long lax jamboree and raised $1,860 by selling HEADstrong t-shirts and laces. The foundation welcomes its newest member to Team of Champions in the fight against blood cancer. The event was very well received and plans are already underway for next year. Photos coming soon!
