“We are building a great product and want our players to embrace the fact that with HEADstrong they are ambassadors in the fight against cancer and are not viewed as a customer, an interchangeable piece or another number.  We plan to carry only one team per grade and looking forward to helping our athletes evolve their lacrosse IQ, play at a very competitive level and help transition players into success student-athletes at the next level.” says Amanda Stoczko

With most club tryouts in the book and many rosters already announced for the 2015 summer season, Stoczko and staff are seizing the opportunity to ignite players, giving them something for them to strongly consider.

“There is a lot of pressure put on athletes this time of year, especially when names don’t appear on rosters.  On some level while disappointing, it can be a blessing in disguise, giving players both a competitive chip on their shoulder and the opportunity to pursue programs where they can be a difference maker.”

As a new program director Stoczko recently joining the HEADstrong team this October, she is enthusiastically stepping into the new role and is encouraging everyone to consider playing for the HEADstrong Lacrosse Club.

“We are interested in building a team of girls who are looking to be part of someone much larger then themselves.  HEADstrong is about families and an experience that goes far beyond the playing field.  We are determined to redefine the club lacrosse experience and supporting our players with mentoring, guidance and memories that will last well beyond their playing years.” says Amanda Stoczko
